This Privacy Policy explains how Ignite Drive ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the LinkedIn Outreach CRM platform ("Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data Controller

3. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

LinkedIn Data

Through your connected LinkedIn account (via Unipile), we access and store LinkedIn profile data for leads you interact with, including names, job titles, company information, profile URLs, and connection status. This data is accessed using your own LinkedIn credentials and is processed to provide CRM functionality.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including campaigns created, messages sent, and features used. This helps us improve the Service and provide support.

AI Processing Data

When you use AI features (lead analysis, message generation, post comments), relevant context is sent to our AI providers for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing and maintaining the Service (CRM, campaigns, messaging)
  • Processing AI-powered features (lead scoring, content generation)
  • Sending transactional emails (account verification, password resets, notifications)
  • Improving the Service and fixing issues
  • Complying with legal obligations

5. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract: Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for
  • Legitimate interest: Improving the Service, ensuring security, and preventing abuse
  • Consent: Where required, such as for optional communications
  • Legal obligation: Complying with applicable laws and regulations

6. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — Database hosting and authentication (EU-based infrastructure)
  • Unipile — LinkedIn API integration provider
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • OpenRouter / OpenAI — AI model providers for content generation and analysis
  • Vercel — Application hosting and deployment

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection agreements. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. LinkedIn lead data stored in your CRM is deleted when you delete the corresponding leads or your account.

8. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
