Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 March 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LinkAngler platform ("Service") operated by Ignite Drive, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as necessary.
3. Access & Invitations
The Service is currently invite-only. We reserve the right to approve or deny access requests at our sole discretion. An invitation does not guarantee continued access; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any third-party platform rules
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Share your account access with unauthorised third parties
- Use the Service to scrape or collect data beyond what the platform provides
5. LinkedIn Data & Third-Party Disclaimer
The Service accesses LinkedIn data through Unipile, a third-party integration provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn data is accessed via your own authenticated LinkedIn account. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn's terms and policies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any LinkedIn data.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including but not limited to search queries, lead analysis, campaign messages, post comments, voice audio, and lip-synced video. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is sent or published on your behalf. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
6A. Video & Voice Features
The Service offers video message and voice note features that use third-party AI providers (fal.ai for lip-sync video generation, ElevenLabs for text-to-speech and voice cloning). By using these features you acknowledge and agree that:
- Video recordings (webcam, screen, picture-in-picture) and generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure and may be accessible via unique public URLs
- You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents before recording or generating video or audio content depicting yourself or others
- Voice cloning features require that you have the legal right to clone the voice being used
- Video landing pages are publicly accessible by anyone with the link and include view tracking (page views and booking link clicks)
- AI-generated lip-sync videos and voice audio are processed by third-party providers (fal.ai, ElevenLabs) under their respective terms of service
- We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or likeness of AI-generated video or audio content
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8A. White-Label Deployments
White-label deployments are licensed under a separate White-Label License Agreement for internal use within your organisation only. Each license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to deploy a single production instance. By deploying a white-label instance you agree that:
- The deployment is for use by your organisation's own employees and team members only — not for resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or sharing with any third party
- You may customise branding, domain, colours, and legal pages as described in the white-label documentation
- The source code, architecture, algorithms, and all intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ignite Drive and constitute confidential information —you must not disclose, publish, or share the source code with any person or entity outside your organisation
- Each license token permits one (1) production deployment— additional deployments require additional licenses
- You shall not create derivative products based on the Software for sale or distribution, nor use the Software to operate a competing service
- You are responsible for your own compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, etc.) within your white-label deployment
- Breach of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your white-label license, and you may be held liable for damages including lost profits arising from unauthorised redistribution or disclosure
The full terms are set out in the White-Label License Agreement included with your deployment package. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the White-Label License Agreement, the White-Label License Agreement shall prevail with respect to white-label deployments.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your data and third-party content) are owned by Ignite Drive and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you provide to the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
