Session Notes on Autopilot: The LinkAngler Guide for Coaches and Tutors

If you coach, tutor or advise for a living, your product is the session. But your evenings go on everything wrapped around it.
The write-up. The plan for next time. The practice tasks. The update to the parent, or the sponsor, or the manager who pays the invoice. None of it is billable, all of it is expected, and it lands at 9pm when the sessions are done.
I wrote up the automation that takes this over, free, with the full build included. Here is how it works and who it is for.
One recording in, four things out
The input is the session recording you probably already have.
The output is everything the wrap-up used to cost you an evening for:
- A progress summary in plain language: what was covered, what improved, what is still sticking
- A next-session plan that builds on exactly where this one ended
- Practice tasks spaced through the week, sized so they actually get done
- An update for the parent or sponsor, written for someone who was not in the room
Everything lands in a review queue. You read it, adjust anything the machine got wrong, and approve. Nothing reaches a parent or client without your sign-off, because the relationship is yours, not the machine's.
That last part is a rule I hold across everything I build. Full autopilot on client-facing words is how trust dies. Draft on autopilot, send on approval.
Why this changes the economics of a session business
Session notes automation sounds like a convenience. It is actually capacity.
Count it. If the wrap-up costs 30 to 45 minutes per session and you run 15 sessions a week, you are giving up eight to eleven hours, every week, to admin. That is two more client days a month, or two evenings back, whichever you need more.
And the quality goes up, not down. The machine heard the whole session and forgets nothing. Week over week it builds a consistent record of progress, which is exactly the thing clients and parents pay attention to when renewal time comes. Consistent proof of progress is the best retention tool a session business has.
What is in the free guide
Like all four of my automation guides, page two is the complete prompt to build the whole thing yourself in Claude Code: ingest, transcription, synthesis, quality gate, review flow. Your stack, your tools, no gatekeeping.
Then it covers the one-time setup, the run steps, and how to review and approve in minutes rather than hours. Get the Session guide free here. Take all four guides if more than one job on the list annoys you.
The same thinking, applied to growth
Everything above is the "10 hours to 10 seconds" idea: find the job that eats ten hours a week, get it down to pressing a button, keep a human on the approve step.
The same thinking runs LinkAngler itself, on the growth side of your business. Finding ideal clients, starting personal conversations, following up warm replies until a call lands in your diary: that is campaign automation doing the repetitive work while you keep the judgement. If you are not sure which job to automate first, spend a minute on the time audit and let the numbers decide for you.
Your sessions are the work only you can do. Everything wrapped around them is a system waiting to be built. Build it once, review in minutes, and take your evenings back.
